One of the points in this warranty is Kim Dotcom is not allowed to access the Internet. This point was considered ridiculous by attorney Kim Dotcom. However, prosecutors consider this to be necessary because Kim is considered to start a new business beyond the jurisdiction of the United States.

The judge issued this decision after considering that Kim's nearly impossible to escape or hide after its main assets were seized.

Attorney of the United States does not agree with this opinion. They argue, with the effect it has, Kim can access additional funding. However, the court decided to give Kim Dotcom chance to prove that opinion wrong.

Dotcom Kim, who has a residence in New Zealand, has been detained since the arrest in military-style assault on January 20 last at his home which is located outside of Auckland.

Under conditions of house arrest in this assurance, Kim Dotcom must live in a small house near the court and must wear an electronic tag. He is also restricted in terms of how far he could travel. The judge also forbade his private helicopter to fly.
